my goods is not complete is missing same spare part

Dear Customer,
We shipped all goods to your forwarder by SF express (which they signed at Oct.8th, 3.28PM) , and we made shipping mark with customer name and tel number. but your forwarder didn't ship all of the goods to you, it's not our fault. We help to call them but they didn't answer our calls, they only contact you.
